What are the different types of Home Improvement Loans?
Our standard Home Improvement Loan is for amounts up to €10,000, our large home improvement loan is for amounts between €10,000 and €20,000 and the Great Rate applies to loans in excess of €20,000. Use our loan calculator to see how these rates apply.
Do I need to have lot of savings before applying for my loan?
It’s always a good idea to save some funds before applying for a loan but in general we will ask you to have 10% of the value of the loan you are applying for saved in your shares. This will be pledged against the loan and these funds will be released to you once the loan is repaid.
Do I need quotes or invoices to support my application?
For larger applications you may be asked to supply proof of your costs either with quotations or invoices from your supplier or contractor.
