Update on issues with our App and online services

UPDATE Friday 3rd March: Cu Online and and CUAnywhere app are currently working as normal. We will continue to monitor the situation and to update you should there be any further developments.

 

We are currently experiencing issues with our CUAnywhere App, Cu online on desktop and online member onboarding services
We are working hard to resolve this issue and in the meantime you can still access your account via our phone banking services or in branch.

We will update as soon as services are back to normal and apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused.
