Out with the Old, In with the New

Our old credit union app is being decommissioned by the end of May 2021, so it is important to download the new cuMobile App from your app store.

What will happen if you do not have the new App installed?  

  • The old cuAnywhere app will be removed from the app stores from May 31st 2021 meaning you can no longer search for or download the app.
  • For people who have the old cuAnywhere app installed – the app will no longer function. Members will no longer be able to carry out any actions including viewing their account.
  •  The I.T.platform that the old cuAnywhere app uses will no longer be supported from May 31st 2021.

Once you have an online account you can use the new cuMobile App. Any member can set up their online account once they are over 16 years of age.

With Biometric login, the new App gives you complete control of your credit union funds on your mobile device with ease. Log in via fingerprint or facial recognition eliminating the need for one time passcodes, allowing you to carry out transactions while on the go or from the comfort of your own home.

You can add and amend Payees, Direct Debits and Standing Orders with the new cuMobile App.
