TRANSACT ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE INSTEAD.
REGISTER ON OUR WEBSITE FOR ONLINE BANKING TO HAVE FULL 24/7 ACCESS FROM HOME.

ACCESSING MONEY.

Online Banking is the easiest way to ensure you have access to your savings without calling to any of the branches. Members that have registered for cuonline+ online banking can:

  • Transfer money online
  • Pay Bills
  • Setup payees and internal transfers
  • Apply for a loan
  • Calculate loan repayments

Use the new Debit Card to access your savings. Our new current account service with optional contactless MasterCard Debit card is now available to members. If you are registered for online banking you can apply via your online account.

LOANS.

WE WILL PRIORITISE PHONE, ONLINE AND LOAN REQUESTS BY EMAIL.

IF YOU DO NEED TO COME INTO A BRANCH; AN APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE SET UP FOR YOU; PLEASE CALL US TO ARRANGE.

LOAN PAYMENT.

WE WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH ALL MEMBERS WHO MAY EXPERIENCE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY DUE TO THE COVID-19 CRISIS.

  • Use your Debit Card to pay over the phone.
  • Call us on 056-7722042.
  • Register for online banking at www.stcanicescu.ie and transfer money to your loan online.
  • Set-up a Direct Debit for a regular payment to your loan.
  • Set-Up an Electronic Payment (EFT).

Use your IBAN Number to carry out EFT payments from your bank account to your credit union account. Get your IBAN by calling us on 056-7722042.

SAVINGS.

  • Use your Debit Card to pay over the phone.
  • Call 056 – 7722042
  • Register for online banking at www.stcanicescu.ie and transfer money to your savings online.
  • Set-up a Direct Debit for a regular payment to your savings.

WE WILL PRIORITISE MEMBERS > 65 YEARS OF AGE & OTHER VULNERABLE  MEMBERS BETWEEN 9.45AM – 10.45AM ON THURSDAY & FRIDAY MORNINGS, WE WOULD ASK MEMBERS WHO ARE NOT AT RISK TO OBSERVE THIS REQUEST.

IF YOU DO NEED TO COME INTO A BRANCH, YOU MUST OBSERVE THE SAFETY & SOCIAL DISTANCING STRUCTURES THAT WE HAVE PUT IN PLACE IN EACH BRANCH.

IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN A REASONABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE IN KILKENNY CITY, MACDONAGH JUNCTION BRANCH WILL CLOSE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
